Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealership in Norwich for a Car Sales Executive position. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the motor trade to join a reputable dealership that values its team members and offers clear career progression. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving vehicle sales.

• Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with an OTE of £46,000

• Friendly working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm; Saturdays, 8.30am-5pm; Sundays on a rota, 10am-4pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options
• Maximise sales opportunities both within the showroom and on the forecourt
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Support vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a professional and proactive approach

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence
• Passion for automotive sales and a proactive attitude
