Corporate Commercial Legal Secretary
Norwich, Office Based
Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Corporate Commercial team in Norwich.

You will be supporting a team of fee earners within the Corporate Commercial department and responsibilities will include:

• Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
• File management and record keeping
• Administrative and secretarial support
• Billing and client account assistance
• Liaison with clients and third parties

About You:

• Previous legal secretarial experience is essential
• Corporate Commercial experience would be advantageous
• Strong typing and IT skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
