Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer
Multiple Locations – NR, CO, CB & IP Postcodes
£37,000 - £42,000 per annum

Service Service is recruiting for experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers to join a well-established organisation covering multiple areas across East Anglia.

This is a field-based role carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on domestic heating systems. You will work independently across a range of properties, managing both planned and reactive work while providing a professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective first-time fixes
• Complete safety checks, certification and accurate documentation
• Provide excellent customer service during every visit
• Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs
• Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment
• Work safely and in line with Gas Safe and company procedures

About You

• Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
• Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications
• CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1
• Water Regulations (WREG) qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
