What you'll be doing as an Internal Sales Executive:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

What you will bring as an Internal Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in telesales, a busy outbound contact centre role, or an internal sales role, preferably within a fast-paced, full-cycle sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on persuasive selling techniques.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
