About Your New Job

As PMO Officer – Facilities & Projects, you will:

• Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Facilities Project Management team, ensuring projects are well organised and supported.
• Maintain accurate project records, including trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, financial documents, and procurement information.
• Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, project reporting, and document management across a busy and varied project portfolio.
• Support with procurement and tender administration, handling purchase orders, supplier onboarding, tender coordination, and related records.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project information and help establish consistent PMO processes across the department.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience providing strong administrative or coordination support within a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to organise, track, and report on multiple projects at once, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), with a solid grasp of project records, budgets, and financial processes.
• Adept at communicating professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively, while supporting wider project objectives.
