Location: Norwich
Salary: £26,500 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: 40 hours per week, various shifts available, including 2pm–10pm for our US market

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the team you join, your role could include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to new or existing business customers
• Having value-led conversations to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
• Promoting Epos Now products including POS, Payments, Capital, Instant Settlement and Banking solutions
• Engaging existing customers about funding and other products that could help their business grow
• Qualifying prospective customers and generating opportunities for our sales teams
• Booking qualified appointments and product demonstrations
• Responding to inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
• Supporting customers through product or funding application journeys
• Managing follow-up calls, emails and SMS communications to maximise conversions
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
• Working towards individual sales, activity and revenue targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity within our CRM
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to improve customer engagement and conversion

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people with the right attitude and drive, so you don't necessarily need years of sales experience.

You'll ideally have:

• Confidence speaking with customers and businesses over the phone
• A competitive, target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively
• Motivation to achieve and exceed individual targets
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Confidence learning new products and explaining them simply to customers

Previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, account management, customer service, lead generation or another customer-facing role would be beneficial but isn't essential for all opportunities.

Experience within technology, software, payments, financial services or B2B sales would also be advantageous.
