Travel Coordinator                      

Location: Office based in Norwich, Norfolk

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £26,600 to £27,600 per annum (Plus Company Bonus Scheme)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join a specialist tour operator delivering high quality, bespoke worldwide fishing and shooting holidays to a discerning client base.

As Travel Coordinator you will deliver a high level of service by maintaining a detail-driven and customer-focused approach. You will play a key part in supporting clients before, during, and after travel, ensuring every arrangement is handled accurately and professionally.

This is not a sales role. It is about precision, care and consistently delivering excellent service. We are looking for someone who has a natural eye for detail and a strong sense of personal standards. Someone organised, calm under pressure and genuinely invested in looking after customers and colleagues alike.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Organised individual with excellent attention to detail
• Professional and polite, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
• Proficient in computer systems, processes and Microsoft Office tools
• Works well within a team, builds positive relationships and takes pride in doing a job well done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Managing holiday arrangements including flights, transfers and accommodation
• Issuing accurate travel documentation
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and social media
• Maintaining accurate and up to date client records
• Monitoring and processing payments
• Liaising with suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve queries
• Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of each booking
